Beautiful Junior Suite with a fantastic shower! Unfortunately, the breakfast selection felt limited after a few days.

The Junior Suite felt cozy with high ceilings and a great shower. Location near the historical center made exploring easy. walking to restaurants was a breeze. Breakfast across the hall offered decent options, though it could get repetitive after several days. The lack of natural light in the room was a downside. I wished for brighter decor or more windows. AC worked perfectly, creating a comfortable environment after busy days. The staff were responsive and helpful, helping make the stay more enjoyable.

During my stay, I enjoyed exploring the historic center, which is just a short walk from the hotel. The Junior Suite was spacious with high ceilings and a fantastic shower, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast, conveniently located right across the hall, had a nice selection that fueled my mornings. One highlight was being so close to places like the Museo de Arte Contemporaneo, which added to the charm of my trip.

The spacious Suite provided a peaceful retreat with tasteful decorations and a quiet location just three blocks from downtown. Breakfast, featuring fresh farm-to-table options, was conveniently placed right across from my room, making mornings hassle-free. However, the shower lacked consistent hot water, and the room could benefit from more natural light, adding a slightly gloomy atmosphere at times. The air conditioning worked perfectly, creating a comfortable environment after a day of exploring.

Gorgeous hotel with clean rooms and fantastic AC! Perfect spot for strolling through historic sites and plazas. Freddy at the front desk? Absolute gem! Made my stay a breeze.
Wish the room had more windows—feeling like a bat wasn’t quite the vibe.

Had an amazing time with friends! The hotel was right in the heart of everything—perfect for visiting the historic center and the beautiful Plaza de Armas. Breakfast was included and pretty good. Freddy at the front desk was super helpful, making our stay even better. Rooms were clean and had great AC, which was a lifesaver.
The room did feel a bit dark at times, and I wished for more natural light. Also, the shower could've used a hotter temperature.
